That depends on if people want to watch you, you can't earn them. There are thousands of groups on here for different mediums and styles. A lot of them allow you to share your work through them. Groups can be beneficial for receiving more views on your work, which can increase the chance of them getting favourites. Also looking at other people's work, leaving comments, faving etc. Helps as well.
